Western Career College names Richard Flann Executive Director of Antioch campus
SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- July 24, 2008 -- Richard Flann has joined Western Career College as executive director of its Antioch campus.
Flann comes to Western Career College from ITT Educational Services, where he last served as college director at its Rancho Cordova site. During his 14 years with ITT Educational Services, he also worked in recruitment and served on the California Association of Private Post Secondary Schools Board of Directors. He previously served with the U.S. Marine Corps and retired in 1993.
He is a graduate of the University of Washington and National University, and has a master’s degree in human resources management.
